For this reason, each work of art, garment or product; It is made together with talented designers, artisans, artists or local and small businesses. The work done is slow, with fair payments and proud of it being this way.

Below we present some basic rules that we established for the use of the website and relevant information regarding your purchase:

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

2. ORDERS AND SALES CONTRACTS

c. The order confirmation does not yet constitute a sales contract. The order confirmation is intended only to inform you that agud95.com has received your order.

d. A binding contract of sale comes into effect after payment is received and agud95.com confirms shipment of the product.

F. If payment is not made correctly, the order will be automatically canceled and a sales contract will not come into force.

3. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

b. International orders outside of Colombia may be subject to customs charges and import taxes. If you live in a country outside of Europe and customs charges or import taxes are imposed on your order, you will be required to pay these charges upon delivery of your order. As we have no control over customs charges or import taxes, please understand that agud95.com is not responsible for any additional customs charges or import taxes imposed on your order.

4.INVENTORY

to. If a product is out of stock, agud95.com will automatically inform you.

b. In the event that you place an order for a product that is out of stock and you have not been informed in time, e.g. Due to technical failures, agud95.com has the right to cancel your order. If you have already paid for the product, agud95.com will refund the exact amount you paid.

5. PRICES

c. Exact shipping costs are calculated automatically when you place your order and will depend on your shipping address, the weight and size of your order.

6. PAYMENT OPTIONS

to. You can pay for your order using any of the following payment methods: PayPal, Credit Card, PSE and Cash.

b. All payments through agud95.com are handled by the MercadoPago payment portal.

C. When you have finished shopping and choose to continue checking out, you will be asked to complete your payment. Once you select your preferred payment method, you will be redirected to the MercadoPago secure payment portal and after completing the payment, you will be redirected back to agud95.com.

7. SHIPPING (FROM STORE OR GALLERY)

to. Your order will be shipped after your payment is received.

b. When payment for your order is received, we will process and ship your order within 1 to 5 business days. The products will be sent to the address you provided to us when you placed your order.

C. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including track and trace details.

d. Shipping within Colombia generally takes 1-7 business days from the day of shipping, depending on your location.

E. Shipping outside of Colombia may take between 15 days to 45 business days from the day of shipment, depending on your location. Note: These delivery times are an indication, not a guarantee. Delivery times exceeding the delivery times indicated here will not give you the right to compensation, to cancel your order or to revoke your sales contract.

F. Although unlikely, customs officials are authorized to open packages for inspection. As this is out of our hands, please understand that we cannot accept responsibility for any orders delayed by foreign customs. Additionally, customs duties, which are not included in our product or shipping charges, may or may not be imposed by your country's customs officials. Our customers tell us that fees are not consistently collected in small packages. Please contact your country's customs officials for more information on how they will handle your order.

G. All packages require you to sign for delivery. Therefore, it is important that someone is present at the address at the time of delivery.

H. You should never accept a package that shows signs of damage. In the unlikely event that the shipping company wants to deliver a damaged package to you, please reject the package and send an email to info@agud95.com to inform us of the situation within 1 business day of accepting the package. In the unlikely event that you have accepted a package that appears undamaged on the outside and the product is damaged inside, please do not handle the package further and email info@agud95.com with images of the damaged and original product. packaging within 1 business day of accepting the package. 8. RETURNS

to. You may return any unused products purchased from us for any reason.

C. To qualify for a refund, you must return the product to us within 14 business days of the email confirming shipping. In this sense, we recommend that when returning a product you always choose a shipping service with a tracking option.

d. Shipping and handling charges for return shipments are non-refundable. As we are a small business with a customer base in several countries around the world, we cannot offer to handle return shipping costs. When you decide to return a product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was damaged upon delivery. Please note that you should never accept a package that shows signs of damage.

my. To receive a refund, you must obtain a Refund Authorization. 9. WARRANTY

to. To ensure that your order is complete and free of defects, you must examine your order upon delivery. We will then contact the shipping company to notify them of the situation. If you do not notify us of incomplete or damaged orders within 1 business day of delivery, you risk forfeiting your right to a refund or replacement.

b. In the event of a damaged product or if we ship the wrong color or size of the product you ordered, you have the right to delivery of a new product that is free of damage. In case the ordered product is no longer available, you have the right to choose a different product that has the same value as the ordered or cancel the order. Damaged product must be returned to the return address mentioned above (terms and conditions #8). Once we have received the damaged product, agud95.com will send you a new, damage-free product or refund any amounts already paid if the product you ordered is no longer available and you do not wish to choose a different product. As long as you can send us a copy of the receipt, we will pay the shipping costs you incur when returning the damaged product as a refund. A refund will be issued to your account within 30 days from the date we receive the product.

In the event that the product you return to us does not have any defect or matches the size or color you ordered, you will have the right to receive, at your expense, the product you returned to us. If you do not wish to receive the product you sent us, agud95.com has the right to keep the product and retain the sums already received. In this case, agud95.com will not refund the shipping costs of the return shipment.

10. RESPONSIBILITY

11. FORCE MAJEURE
