(Cartagena, 1995)

Alejandro J. Alegüe Giraldo is a Colombian artist, professionally trained as a graphic designer with over 14 years of experience. He has carried out urban art interventions across Colombia and various countries in the Americas, including Brazil, Peru, Mexico, and the USA. His primary techniques include painting and muralism.

Additionally, he has been engaged in community work for over 7 years, generating social impact through art. This work is done in collaboration with various collectives, official and private institutions, as well as independently.

Working with communities, primarily with young people and children, plays a dual role. It not only generates social impact but also fuels inspiration for his artistic creations.

Since 2017, AGÜD - as he signs his work - has been creating the concept "Seguimos Siendo Niños" (We Remain Children), which serves as the foundation for his work.

He has participated in various international urban art festivals and exhibitions, both individually and collectively, such as: "Las Cosas Importantes", "Artistas Envigadeños 2023 & 2020", "Seguimos Siendo Niños en los Patios", "Vasta para el Consejo de Sabaneta", "En Obra Negra" at ArteLoft Gallery, "Gráficas Y Grafías de Cuerpos Migrantes" at La Chispa, "Caligráfica 2019", among others.
