Buscando

Searching is one of the first ways of being alive.

We search for something we lost, something we dreamed of, something we do not yet know how to name. In that search, desire, curiosity, fear, frustration, and also hope appear. Searching moves us. It forces us to look with attention, to imagine paths, to believe that something might appear.

In this work, two children seem to share the same direction, even though each inhabits their own inner world. It is not just about finding something, but about discovering that, when the search is done in company, the journey takes on a different hue.

Searching speaks of purpose, play, and connection. Of that simple and profound way in which childhood reminds us that living is also pursuing something with an open heart.
