Illiterate

$1.800 COP

Can you imagine being 12 years old and not knowing how to read or write?

This is a true story. I met him at a workshop in Medellín. It rained that day, so he was the only one who showed up. We changed the activity and played hangman. The word was "resilience."
But He did not know the letters.
We wrote the alphabet on the wall and played "hot or cold." With his finger, he searched for what he'd never been taught: the right to read, to learn, to dream.
And all of this, just minutes from our reality.

This work is a reminder of the invisible. Because there are childhoods that don't play with words, but with the hope of being seen.
